Your choice to journey with Qori Qilka Adventures fills us with gratitude. Our utmost commitment is transforming your holiday into a pinnacle of cherished memories. To ensure a seamless experience, please take a moment to carefully review the
policies, terms, and conditions outlined below. Your cooperation and understanding are crucial for the adventures that lie ahead.

The following Terms and Conditions for booking a tour with us possess important information. Please read them carefully as they represent a binding contract between us Qory Qilk’a and You; the Signee, for the travel services provided by Qory Qilka.
The present document sets out the basis for a business relationship between you, the customer, and Qory Qilka.

1. Reservation policies for Qori Qilka

Initial Deposit: To secure a reservation for a Tour and Trek with Qori Qilka Adventures, clients must make a non-refundable deposit (The amount will vary depending on the itinerary reserved by the client). This deposit can be paid using either PayPal or Credit/Debit Card. Please note that the traveler will bear a 5% merchant fee, applicable for both payment methods. Once a reservation has started, the client is deemed to have carefully read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of Qori Qilka Adventures

Confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email for the tour that you made a deposit. In that email, you will receive this document in PDF format. By booking with us, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document, and the contract becomes valid.

Required Information for Reservation: Along with the non-refundable deposit, we require the submission of specific personal details: full name, passport number, gender, nationality, and date of birth during the reservation process.

2. Deposit

When you book a tour with us, you agree to pay a non-refundable deposit for the specified tour. The deposit is 50% of the tour.

3. Payment Policies

3.1. Accepted Payment Methods: For initial deposits and final payments, we accept Cash, Credit or Debit Cards. No traveler can start the tour unless the payment has been fully settled.

3.2. Balance or Final Payment:Balance payments must be made at least 2 days (48 hours) before your tour. Payments can be made in cash, or Debit/Credit Card. Card payments have a 5% service transaction fee.

3.3. Cash Payments: Cash payments must be made at least 2 days before your tour. We accept both US Dollars and Peruvian Soles for cash payments. Please note: Bills that are ripped or torn, regardless of the size of the damage, will not be accepted.

3.4. Bank Commissions in the final Payment: All associated bank commissions or transaction fees will be the client's responsibility.

4. Cancellation And Refund Policies

4.1. Initial Deposit:
Unfortunately, all primary deposits are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Even if there's a medical emergency, your deposit remains non-refundable (we do not accept medical notes or documentation as proof for refunds). This is because we allocate these funds to secure your permits, entrances, and proceed with reserving your campsites, hotels, and trains, all of which are non-refundable to us. Please note that there are no exceptions to this policy.

4.2. Change of Dates:
If you change the date.
● One week before the tour are subject to forfeit 80% of the total cost of your tour.
● Two weeks before the tour are subject to forfeit 70% of the total cost of your tour.
● Three weeks before the tour are subject to forfeit 50% of the total cost of your tour.
● One month before the tour are subject to forfeit 40% of the total cost of your tour.

Please note that this fee does not go to us; rather, we need to purchase new tickets since we have already secured all the tickets for your original date, and they will be forfeited.

4.3 Cancellations:
The terms of cancelations are defined by how far in advance we are notified of it. No matter the cause, cancelations have different penalties to which you “our customer” agrees to abide.

● Cancelations made one week before the trek are subject to forfeit 100% of the total
cost of your tour.
● Cancelations made two weeks before the trek are subject to forfeit 80% of the total
cost of your tour.
● Cancelations made three weeks before the trek are subject to forfeit 70% of the
total cost of your tour.
● Cancelations made one month before the trek are subject to forfeit 60% of the total
cost of your tour.

5. Medical Information And Responsibilities

5.1. Mandatory Disclosure:
When booking, travelers must inform Qori Qilka Adventures, of any existing medical conditions, allergies, or specific health concerns.

5.2. Health and Fitness:
Participants should be in optimal physical condition. If you have any doubts about your health, please consult with your physician. If you're over 70, a current medical certificate confirming your good health will be required.

5.3. Assessing Tour Suitability:
You are responsible for determining if a tour is appropriate for you, considering your medical history, current condition, and physical abilities. Please consult your doctor for medical guidance, vaccination recommendations, and other preventive measures. Qori Qilka Adventures, does not provide medical consultations or advice.

5.4. Participation Rights:
Qori Qilka Adventures, retains the discretion to deny any individual the right to travel or participate in specific tour activities if their physical or mental condition is deemed unsuitable for the trip or poses a risk to themselves or others.

5.5. Pregnancy Disclosure:
Pregnancy is classified as a medical condition and must be disclosed at the time of booking. Qori Qilka Adventures, may decline to accept pregnant women or those with specific medical conditions if appropriate accommodations or alternatives can't be ensured.

5.6. Travel Insurance:
We strongly advise all travelers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance. This can offer protection in medical emergencies, tour cancellations, or other unexpected events during the trip.

6 Assumption Of Risks:

This journey and exploration have associated risks. These risks can be caused by but are not limited to natural forces, animals, insects, and vegetation. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge these potential risks. Your decision to join any of our tours indicates your voluntary acceptance and understanding of these risks.

7. Limitation Of Liability:

Qory Qilka’s financial responsibility to its customers is strictly confined to the total amount they have paid to the company. Beyond this monetary cap, Qory Qilka shall not be held accountable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or costs incurred by the customer unless explicitly specified in these Terms and Conditions.

8. Applicable Law:

All interactions, transactions, and potential disputes resulting from the use of this website or any engagement with Qori Qilka Adventures, will be subject to the Legal Jurisdiction of Peru. By using our services, you, the client, consent to the jurisdiction and governance of Peruvian courts for any issues or disputes that may arise.

9. Right To Use Images:

By participating in any of the activities offered by Qori Qilka Adventures,, the client expressly grants permission to Qori Qilka Adventures, to capture and use any images, photos, and videos taken during the tour for promotional, advertising, and any other marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, usage in brochures, online marketing, and social media platforms.

The client acknowledges that they will not receive any financial or otherwise compensation for using such images, photos, or videos. This consent is given freely and without expecting any return or benefit.

However, If the client does not want Qori Qilka Adventures, to use their tour images for promotional purposes, they must inform their Experience Designer via email before the trip.
